Scott Herman

Scott Herman is a seasoned Program Management Subject Matter Expert with extensive experience in managing telecommunications projects for the Department of Defense. Currently serving as Deputy Program Manager at Enterprise Information Services, Inc. since September 2015, Scott oversees program lifecycle activities including scope, schedule, costs, and risk management. Previous roles include Deputy Program Director at Level 3 Communications, where Scott led a $22 million proposal effort, and Program Management Principal Leader at Computer Sciences Corporation, focusing on the Air Force DCAPES program.
