Tanmaya Deshpande

Tanmaya Deshpande has a diverse work experience in the field of UX/UI design and management. They are currently working as a UX Manager and Managing Partner at Enterprise Minds, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as a UX Specialist at Amdocs from 2018 to 2022. They also have experience as a Senior User Experience Designer at Cybage Software from 2016 to 2018, and as a UX Designer at Capgemini in 2016. Tanmaya also worked at Music Life Limited as a UI/Graphic Designer, where they led the design of mobile apps and optimized strategies for social media marketing. They also have experience as a Freelance/Consulting Graphic and Web Designer, as well as an Interaction Designer at Cognizant Technology Solutions.

Tanmaya Deshpande holds a Master's Degree in Interaction Design from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, which was obtained from 2013 to 2014. They also have a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Photography from the Sir JJ Institute of Applied Arts, Mumbai, earned between 2007 and 2011. Additionally, Tanmaya has pursued education in User Experience and Interaction Design from The Interaction Design Foundation. They have obtained certifications in subjects such as Psychology of Interaction Design, Conducting Usability Testing, and User Research - Methods and Best Practices from the Interaction Design Foundation.
