Leonard Hardgrave

Leonard Hardgrave possesses extensive experience in human resources and compensation management, having held various roles including Senior Human Resources Information Systems Manager and Human Resources Information Systems Manager at Enterprise Products, as well as Lead Compensation Analyst. Prior to this, Leonard worked at BHP Billiton Petroleum as a Sr. Global Remuneration Consultant and at Occidental Petroleum as a Compensation Consultant, along with a position as a Compensation Specialist/Analyst at Burlington Resources Inc. Leonard earned a BFA in Communications and Marketing from Sam Houston State University between 1982 and 1986.
