Dave Borsh has diverse work experience in customer success and field engineering roles. Dave currently holds the position of Vice President of Customer Success at EDB, where they oversee the support and professional services for EDB Postgres, an open-source database for enterprise-level applications.
Prior to EDB, Dave served as the Global Head of Customer Success & Field Engineering at Tetrate, where they played a crucial role in increasing company revenue and establishing delivery best practices. Before that, they held various leadership positions at MuleSoft, including Vice President of Customer Success for the Americas Enterprise Business Unit and Vice President of Customer Success for the South Region.
