Leo Jin

Leo Jin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Leo is currently serving as the Sr Director of Product Development at EDB since September 2020. Prior to this role, Leo worked at Mercer from November 2016 to September 2020, where they led the delivery and execution of digital projects and introduced AI technology. Leo also held the position of Sr Software Development Manager at Capital One from May 2016 to November 2017. Before that, they served as the Director of Engineering - Group Benefits at EIS Group Ltd from December 2012 to April 2016, where they led multiple product development teams. Leo also worked as the Director of Software Development at Oracle from January 2011 to December 2012, leading the development of flagship products and driving agile transformation within the organization. Leo has previous experience at LiquidHub, Oracle, Diamond Technologies, and the University of Delaware. At the University of Delaware, Leo worked as a Program Analyst II, developing web applications and maintaining legacy applications.

Leo Jin completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Delaware from 1997 to 2001. Leo then pursued a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management at the University of Delaware's Lerner College of Business and Economics, graduating from 2002 to 2005.
