Mary Powell is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at EDB since June 2021, contributing to advancements in cloud and open source enterprise database technology. Prior to EDB, Mary held the position of Recruitment Team Lead at WilsonHCG from August 2016 to June 2021, where the focus was on creating scalable human capital solutions. Additional experience includes roles as a Corporate Recruiter at ICOT Hearing Solutions and Senior Recruiter at TMX Finance, where Mary supported one of the largest consumer specialty finance organizations in the U.S. Early career achievements include serving as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Hawthorn Pharmaceuticals, where territory sales numbers were tripled, and as an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from Georgia Southern University and a high school diploma from Saint Vincent's Academy.
