Michael Kirkpatrick has over 27 years of work experience, starting in 1994 as a Network Administrator/Manager at Dismac, SRL. Michael then worked at Compucom as a Remote Network Management Analyst from 1998 to 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they were a Network Management Architect at Sandstream, Inc. During the same period, they also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Richland College. In 2002, they joined Dell EMC as a Technical Account Manager and later took on various roles as a Manager and Senior Manager, overseeing teams and managing relationships between technical support and engineering. In 2021, they joined EDB as the Director of Technical Support. Throughout their career, Michael has gained expertise in networking, storage technical support, project management, and customer advocacy.
Michael Kirkpatrick obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing and Economics from the University of St. Thomas (TX) in 1988. Michael later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management from the same institution, completing it in 2012. In 1991, they earned a Certificate in Intensive Spanish Immersion from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Prior to their enrollment at the University of St. Thomas, Michael attended Houston Christian University from 1986 to 1988, but did not receive a degree or specify a field of study.
