Theresa Dubois

Theresa DuBois is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in site reliability engineering and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Site Reliability Engineering Manager at EDB since July 2021, Theresa has also held various roles at Optimizely (formerly Episerver) from May 2016 to July 2021, including QA Automation Engineer and Incident Management Engineer. Prior to this, Theresa worked as a Show Administrator for Rockingham County 4H from 2008 to 2022, where contributions included increasing registered volunteer numbers and developing a score tracking Access Database. Additionally, Theresa has experience as a Riding Instructor and as a Consumer Affairs Representative at WellPet, where efforts led to enhanced customer satisfaction and increased departmental value through social media engagement. Theresa holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Game Design & Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences Software Development, both from Southern New Hampshire University, as well as an Associate of Science in Equine from the University of New Hampshire.
