Scott Delaney

Scott Delaney is a data and analytics leader with extensive experience in driving innovation and customer insights across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Data at MyState Limited since June 2016, Scott has played a key role in enhancing the bank's digital transformation and customer experience, leading to recognition in the AFR Boss 2021 Most Innovative Companies list. Scott's career includes pivotal roles at Hydro Tasmania, where leadership in business intelligence and analytics was demonstrated, as well as founding sayit™, a software technology for individuals with communication and coordination challenges. Scott's educational background features a Master of Database Design and Management, along with executive specializations in data science from The Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, Scott contributes to Stornoway as an Advisory Board Member and mentors startup founders at Enterprize Tasmania.
