Molly M. Michelman

Molly M. Michelman is an experienced professional in the fields of nutrition and entertainment, currently serving as Manager and Co-Owner at Entertainment Project Services since 2016. Previously held the role of Registered Dietitian at Healthy Interactions from 2016 to 2022 and Co-Owner of The Food Connection from 2013 to 2018. Additionally, worked as a Faculty Member in the Nutrition Sciences program at UNLV from 1999 to 2016. Molly M. Michelman holds a Master's degree in Nutrition Science from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Theatre from Ithaca College.
