Sezin Koehler

Sezin Devi (Koehler) is an accomplished author and editor with extensive experience in writing and media. Currently an author at Chicago Review Press, Sezin's upcoming work, "Much Ado About Keanu: Toward a Critical Reeves Theory," is set for release in Summer 2024. As a writer for Entertainment Weekly, Sezin creates evergreen content related to film and pop culture. Additional roles include editor at Compose.ly, where Sezin provides editing services for various corporate clients, and copyeditor for the Association of American Medical Colleges, aiding in the enhancement of inclusive language within the journal MedEdPORTAL. Sezin also serves as a film/television critic for Black Girl Nerds, covering a range of themes, and has contributed to Looper. Academic proofreading experience spans multiple institutions, including the University of Cologne and Charles University. Sezin holds a BA in Anthropology from Occidental College and has completed a TEFL certification.
