Pratik Khadloya

Pratik Khadloya has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2005. In 2005, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer at Amdocs, where they helped scale and operationalize the Amdocs Ordering platform for AT&T UVerse from 0 to 3M subscribers. In 2011, they moved to Rocket Fuel Inc. as an Engineering Manager for AI & Big Data, where they led a team of expert big data engineers and was responsible for the key deliverables to the customer. Pratik also later served as an Engineering Manager for Applications, where they bootstrapped and grew the customer base from 0 to 1000s of paying enterprise customers. In 2017, Pratik joined Roku Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer for Big Data & AI, where they developed workflows using Apache Airflow and managed & optimized Amazon Redshift database. In 2019, they co-founded EverestLabs.AI, where they built robots for recycling. Most recently, in 2020, Pratik became the CTO of FleetPanda - Petroleum Logistics Software, where they helped transform the organization from a fuel distributor into a more SAAS focussed software and hardware solutions provider. Pratik also co-founded EnthuZiastic, a company set out to create quality people to people connections.

Pratik Khadloya graduated from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur in 2005 with a B Tech in Computer Science.
