Rob Finlay, CPM®

Rob Finlay, CPM®, has an extensive work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Rob is the Founder and CEO of Thirty Capital, a holding company that focuses on technology, finance, and ventures within the commercial real estate sector. Thirty Capital serves as an incubator and accelerator for customer-centric software and data solutions aimed at addressing the challenges faced by property owners, investors, and managers.

In addition to Thirty Capital, Finlay is also the Founder of Lobby CRE, an asset management platform that consolidates real estate project data for reporting, visualization, analysis, and activation. Rob established Commercial Defeasance, a company specializing in the defeasance of commercial real estate loans, which also provides interest rate hedging and yield maintenance services.

Furthermore, Finlay is the Founder of SOFR With Ease, a subsidiary of Defease With Ease, which assists clients in navigating the transition from LIBOR to SOFR in their debt advisory pursuits. Rob has served as the Chairman and CEO of R.J. Finlay & Co. and Lyra Intel, and as the Founder and CEO of EntityKeeper, a cloud-based application for managing legal entity information in a secure environment.

Finlay was also the CEO of QuietStream Financial, an investment partnership that built various innovative businesses for commercial real estate owners, investors, and borrowers. Rob founded Investor Management Services, LLC, a leading software solution for commercial real estate owners to manage their investors and assets, which had a successful exit to RealPage, a global real estate software provider.

Lastly, Finlay co-founded TCAM, LLC, a company that offers asset and portfolio management, advisory, and consulting services in the affordable housing industry. TCAM achieved a successful exit with MRI's software being used to manage a significant portion of affordable housing units in the United States.
