Francis Aroh has a diverse range of work experience in the engineering field. Francis began their career as a Control Room Operator at the Transmission Company of Nigeria in 2016. Francis then worked as a Heavy Duty Workshop Engineer at Nestoil Limited in 2017. In 2018, they interned as an Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control Systems Design Engineering Intern at Impac Oil & Gas Offshore Engineering Private Limited, where they gained experience in designing electrical components and layouts using AUTOCAD. Currently, they are working as an Automation and Control Engineer at ENTOCYCLE, where they utilize microcontrollers, hardware from National Instruments, and LabVIEW software for data acquisition and control purposes. Francis also implemented a Model Predictive Controller to manage the flow rate of a river reach, which had a positive impact on the environment.
Francis Aroh pursued higher education at Coventry University from 2021 to 2022. During this time, they obtained a Master's degree in Control, Automation & Artificial Intelligence. Prior to that, they attended Afe Babalola University from 2014 to 2019. Francis completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering.
