Paul Hillmann has worked in various roles in the engineering and product management fields since 2011. From 2011-2014, they were a Project Leader at Buhler, where they specified, planned, and managed the most advanced industrial optical sorting platform available manufactured in China. In 2014, they became a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Epsilon Heat Transfer, and then a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at TAIT Stage Technologies from 2016-2018. In 2018, they began working at ENTOCYCLE as a Principal Mechanical Engineer, a role they still hold today. Additionally, from 2012-2014, they were the Head of Research and Development and Applications at Buhler Yijiete Color Sorting (Hefei) Co., Ltd, where they designed and implemented new product development and change control systems, and jointly defined product strategy for domestic and international markets. From 2014-2016, they were Global Product Manager at Buhler, where they were responsible for lifecycle management of commodity specific product range, development of market analysis and strategies, and sales support and business plan development.
Paul Hillmann earned their Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Manchester in 2005. Paul began their studies in 2004.
