Dan Kresler

Dan Kresler has been working in the software development field since 2005. From 2005-2013, they were a self-employed Freelance Software Developer, developing web and Android applications and managing traffic and designing and creating MySQL schemas for hundreds of concurrent users and dozens of queries per second. From 2013-2016, they were a Senior Software Developer at Eisenbach Consulting, LLC, where they co-developed a PHP/MySQL web portal using the CodeIgniter MVC framework, maintained and updated marketing websites for search engine optimizations, and developed a high speed, real time system for auction platform using Redis PubSub and server sent events. Since 2016, they have been a Senior Software Engineer at ENTOUCH, where they wrote the Node.js back end for the ENTOUCH Gateway, which ingests heterogeneous legacy third party building management system data into MongoDB and presents it in a homogenous fashion within the ENTOUCH Customer Portal. Real-time outbound communications were enabled by Redis pub/sub.

Dan Kresler obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from the University of North Texas between 2002 and 2007.
