Richard Chleboski

Richard Chleboski has over 30 years of experience in the energy and technology industries. Richard began their career in 1987 as a Director of Strategy and R&D Engineer at Mobil Solar Energy Corporation. In 1994, they joined Evergreen Solar, Inc. as Chief Strategy Officer and Vice President of Worldwide Expansion, where they led the company's strategic planning, business development, and market analysis activities. Richard also served as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for raising $300 million to fund Evergreen's development and growth programs. In 2011, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Bandgap Engineering, Inc. In 2014, they were Managing Director of Strategic Initiatives at Canadian Solar, Inc. In 2017, they were President of RIAJ Enterprises, LLC. In 2018, they were Chief Financial Officer at 24M Technologies. In 2019, they were Executive Director at ENTOUCH and Managing Director at Savvy Growth | Savvy Marketing Group, where they developed and implemented strategies to support the growth of impact-focused companies.

Richard Chleboski attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1983 to 1987, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Richard then attended Boston College Carroll School of Management from 1988 to 1990, earning a Master of Business Administration.
