Shana Santoni

Shana Santoni has a diverse work experience, having held positions in sales, real estate, marketing, and business development. Shana began their career in 2002 as an Account Coordinator for Oakwood Worldwide. In 2003, they moved to Direct Energy as Manager, Sponsorships, where they successfully executed the Most Electrifying Cowboys Fan promotion and increased brand consideration with a 51% lift. In 2011, they took on two roles: Manager, Corporate Relations and Cause Marketing at Children's Medical Center, and Senior Development Officer at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children. In 2014, they joined Connex as Vice President, Global Membership Development and Director, Member Relations, where they achieved record-setting retail member acquisitions in 2015 and 2016. In 2020, Shana became Vice President, Strategic Partnerships - US at Freshco.ca, and in 2021 they took on the role of Director of Sales and Business Development at CASPR: Continuous Air & Surface Pathogen Reduction Technology. Shana is currently working as Sales Director at ENTOUCH and Real Estate Advisor at eXp Realty, LLC.

Shana Santoni attended the University of Phoenix from 2001 to 2003, where they studied Business Management. Shana also attended Casper College from 1989 to 1990, where they studied General. In February 2022, they obtained a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent certification from the Texas Real Estate Commission.
