John Careatti

John Careatti possesses extensive expertise in the cannabis industry, currently serving as the Head of Plant Genetics at Entoura CBD since April 2019 and as a Horticulturist at Acreage Holdings since March 2019. Previously, John held the position of Director of Cultivation at Kiona THC from November 2012 to December 2018, where significant challenges were addressed during the establishment of one of the first recreational cultivation facilities and large-scale light-dep production. Before this role, John worked as the Chief Technical Advisor at EXE Agritech from 2007 to 2012, contributing to the development of eco-friendly biopesticides and antimicrobial compounds for medical applications, particularly through the exploration of phenylpropanoid products derived from hemp.
