Jay Winkler

Jay Winkler has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jay began their career in 1988 as a Growth & Operations Leader in Consulting Advisory, specializing in building teamwork, driving value creation, and improving business profitability. In 1992, they joined Tricon Industries, Inc. where they held various leadership positions, including CEO, President, VP Operations, Controller, and Project Coordinator. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Senior Advisor at Harney Partners, focusing on operational and financial turnaround. In 2012, they started their own consulting firm, Winkler Consulting, as an Independent Consultant. During this time, they also worked as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Entrada Group Mexico. In 2016, they co-founded Pet Food Compliance and in 2021, they founded Brave Lion Group.

Jay Winkler attended St. Ignatius College Prep from 1980 to 1984. Following that, they pursued their higher education at Bradley University from 1984 to 1988. No degree or field of study was specified for either institution.
