Jenny Mack

Jenny Mack has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jenny is currently the Director of User Experience at Entrata since August 2022. Previously, they worked as a Group Design Manager at Progressive Leasing from June 2021 to August 2022. Jenny also served as an Adjunct Instructor at Utah Valley University from August 2019 to August 2022. Prior to that, they held roles such as a Senior User Experience Designer at Ivanti from April 2020 to June 2021, a UX/UI Designer at SecurityMetrics from June 2017 to February 2019, and a UX Product Design at Progressive Leasing from September 2018 to March 2020. In addition, Jenny has experience in sales, having worked as Vice President of Sales at Titanium Designs from January 2003 to June 2005 and as a Salesperson at Rjmack Ventures, LLC from March 2005 to December 2018. Jenny also gained experience as an Assistant Manager at Schubach Jewelers from August 2000 to December 2002. Lastly, Jenny is an Advisory Board Member at Utah Valley University starting from February 2023.

Jenny Mack completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Web Design and Development with an emphasis in Interaction and Design at Utah Valley University from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Applied Science/Digital Communication Technology from the same university from 2012 to 2015, with a focus on Web Development—Interactive Design and an emphasis in UX/UI. In 2021, they also obtained a certification in Mastering Design Thinking from Emeritus.
