Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health, nutrition, education, and entrepreneurship. Currently, Mariana serves as the Propietario of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and the environment, a position held since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana works as an Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include Propietaria/Gerente at Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, Nutrióloga at a private consultancy from February 2016 to 2019, and Catedrático universitario at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017, where subjects on applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food were taught.
