Bryan Lamb

Bryan Lamb has over 20 years of work experience, starting with their role as a NYSEG Deskside Support contractor at Alternative Business Systems in 2000. Bryan provided hardware and software support for 200+ pc/printer devices across NYSEG territories. In 2007, they joined Entre Computer Services and continued their work with NYSEG as a NYSEG and RGE Deskside Support Team Lead. In this role, they managed a 12-person team across NY State. In 2010, they transitioned to become the Team Lead at Bausch & Lomb, leading a Deskside Support team of eight technicians responsible for all 400+ laptops and desktops in Bausch & Lomb corporate locations. Bryan also provided support to a remote sales force across the US. Brian then returned to Entre Computer Services in 2011 as a Senior IT Technician, where they provided comprehensive IT support to Cayuga County, including 24x7x365 support to the Cayuga County Sheriff's Dept Road Patrol, 911 Center, and County Correction Facility.

Bryan Lamb attended the State University of New York at Oswego from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Their field of study during this time was Psychology.
