Shuja Shahid has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career in 2011 as a QA Analyst at NBNA Systems, where they developed and executed technical systems and functional specifications. They also collaborated with team members and managed workflow and business logic documents.
In 2014, Shuja moved on to work as a Test Engineer at Bluestone Staffing, where they partnered with stakeholders and IT teams to gather business needs and convert them into documentation and test cases. They successfully completed project deliverables and participated in various testing stages.
In 2015, Shuja joined American Cyber Systems as a QA Engineer and was responsible for documenting technical projects, generating test plans, and assisting in testing Sync infotainment head unit operations. They also demonstrated strong communication skills while coordinating with project teams during User Acceptance Testing.
From 2016 to 2020, Shuja worked at EPITEC as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Application Management Analyst. In this role, they managed sessions for gathering business requirements, designed test scenarios and cases, and provided technical support. They leveraged Application Lifecycle Management to manage errors and troubleshoot technical issues.
In 2021, Shuja worked as a Business Analyst at V2Soft, where they facilitated the Electronic Data Exchange Interchange (EDI) process and collaborated with trading partners to resolve issues. They also conducted daily validations of claims, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
Currently, Shuja is working as a Project Delivery Analyst at Entrega, starting in 2022.
Shuja Shahid earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, General from Wayne State University, where they attended from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, Shuja obtained the Scaled Scrum Master Certified (SSMC) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2023.
