Mihai R. Prisacariu

Mihai is the Chief Compliance Officer at ERShares. He has been with the company since June 2017 and has been involved in the finance industry since May 2016. Mihai started working at ERShares by conducting E TF market research in preparation for the company's entrance into the E TF space. Mihai's analysis expanded to all aspects of the company to fully understand the company structure, operations, and investment approach. Mihai applied his company knowledge in completing and updating Request for Proposals and Due Diligence Questionnaire the company received from current and potential investors. Mihai began using his company knowledge towards reviewing company documents, policies and procedures. conduct compliance testing. and further develop appropriate policies and procedures as the company continues to grow. Previously, Mihai was appointed as the portfolio manager of the 18-student group tasked with managing $2 million of Babson College's Endowment. The mandate focused on long term growth and continuous outperformance of the S&P500. Mihai received his Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Finance and Global Business Management from Babson College. Furthermore, Mihai received his Master of Science in Finance from the F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College.
