Jenn Michaud

Jenn Michaud is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at ENTRUST Solutions Group since September 2024, Michaud previously held the position of Director of Operations at Greenlight Networks from October 2022 to December 2023. Prior to that role, Michaud was an Account Manager at Davey Resource Group, Inc. from October 2018 to October 2022, and served as the Director of Engineering at Frontier Communications between January 2017 and October 2018. Jenn earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Management, and Psychology from the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2007.
