Jan Frusch

Jan Frusch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality within the engineering plastics industry. Currently serving as Director of Safety Health Environment and Quality at Envalior since April 2023, Jan previously held similar roles at DSM Engineering Plastics B.V. and DSM Engineering Materials. With a strong background in operations excellence, Jan has successfully driven manufacturing improvement projects, promoted continuous improvement cultures, and implemented best practices in multiple technical and managerial capacities. Early career roles at DSM included Global Compounding Expert and Site Technical Manager, with responsibilities ranging from process engineering to maintenance management and technical product leadership. Jan holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology.
