Karsten Vijge

Karsten Vijge is a seasoned professional in business transformation and strategic project management, currently serving as the Director of Business Transformation at Envalior since April 2023. Prior experience at DSM from May 2013 to April 2023 includes roles such as Director of Global Customer Excellence, where Karsten centralized commercial excellence efforts, and Director of the Transformation Office, leading the successful implementation of the 2020 Global Strategy for DSM Engineering Materials. Additional positions at DSM included Regional Commercial Manager for South-East Asia and Oceania, and Business Controller for Asia Pacific, enhancing business performance across multiple regions.
