Krista Frazier

Krista Frazier is an experienced learning and development professional with a diverse work history. Krista is currently the Global Head of L&D at Envato since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Principal of Learning and Development at DXC Technology from December 2019 to July 2021.

In their previous role as the Head of Learning and Development for the Australasia region at Dentons from September 2017 to December 2019, Krista successfully led a team in increasing employee participation in programs by 1000% through the creation of relevant and engaging learning initiatives.

Before that, Krista was a Learning and Development Business Consultant, working with small businesses to design and implement online L&D programs to expand their client base. Krista also has experience as a Yoga Teacher and Student Integrated Movement Therapist at The Samarya Center and as the Manager of Learning and Development at BrandMuscle.

Their earlier career includes roles such as HR Analyst and Senior HR Specialist at Veyance Technologies, Inc., where they facilitated cultural change management and implemented online performance management systems. Krista also worked as an HR Intern at Tri-State Generation & Transmission, gaining experience in job descriptions, recruitment, training, and compliance.

Krista Frazier holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Human Resources & Organizational Development. Krista obtained this degree from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where they studied from 2005 to 2007.

In 2009, Krista obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute.

Later, in 2014, they attended The Samarya Center to pursue a degree in Integrated Movement Therapy and became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) in June 2015.

Furthermore, Krista has obtained additional certifications, including Level One Coach certification from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) in 2019 and DISC Certification from Human Synergistics in 2017.
