Enveda is looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad, India.
The contribution you will make: We are seeking a skilled Recruiter who can act as a trusted partner to our hiring managers to manage the hiring process from start to finish . You will evaluate resumes, schedule interviews, and handle hiring paperwork while ensuring a seamless candidate experience, prompt communication, and a positive attitude.
You will collaborate closely with our amazing hiring managers and receive guidance and support from the Senior Manager - Human Resources to successfully meet hiring objectives.
You get to collaborate on:
- Recruitment Process Support: Partner with teams across functions to coordinate recruitment activities while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Candidate Coordination: Be the main point of contact for candidates. Schedule, manage, and coordinate interviews.
- Enveda Ambassador: Represent our warm, genuine, and inclusive culture throughout the recruitment process.
- Lever/ATS Portal Management: Take ownership of Lever/ATS operations, ensuring efficient recruitment tracking without compromising on candidate or data quality.
- Evaluation & Screening: Review and screen resumes and cover letters.
- Conduct phone screenings. Present a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate virtual and on-site interviews nationally and internationally.
- Records Management: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of interviews and hires.
Who will thrive in this role?
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience, focusing on strong partnership and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree/PGDM in HR or related fields.
- Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter, and tools like Calendly, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Clear and effective communicator.
- Adaptable and positive, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Experience scheduling across time zones.
