Jennifer Baker

Jennifer Baker has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jennifer began their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Bindley Western Drug Company in 1998, where they managed recruiting and HRIS processes. Jennifer then joined Rolls-Royce, where they served as a Recruiting Coordinator and later became a Human Resources Project Manager. In this role, they managed various HR projects and was involved in creating the Rolls-Royce North America HR Shared Service Center.

Jennifer later worked at Medxcel as a Human Resources Consultant, Generalist, and Manager. During their time at Medxcel, they focused on areas such as onboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance management.

In 2009, Jennifer founded Wellness Events, LLC, where they provided wellness fairs and consulting services, connecting wellness providers with potential clients. Jennifer also owned HR Guru Inc, offering HR consulting services to businesses in need of HR expertise. Additionally, Jennifer worked as an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner at Magical Vacations, leveraging their passion for Disney and travel.

Most recently, Jennifer served as a Human Resources Director at PSG Energy Group and Envelop Group. Currently, they hold the position of Business Development Manager at VIP Center for Business Women, providing support and resources to corporate and entrepreneurial women. Overall, Jennifer has over 25 years of HR experience and expertise in various areas such as wellness programs, recruitment, onboarding, project management, policy creation, and more.
