Kristaq Mitrushi

Kristaq Mitrushi has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Kristaq started their career as a Roughneck at Albpetrol sh.a in 1981 and worked until 1982. Kristaq then became a Drilling Engineer/Foreman at Albpetrol sh.a from 1987 to 1998, where they were responsible for designing and executing drilling and completion operations. Kristaq also took on the role of Company Man for Agip during this time.

In 1998, Kristaq joined SPL as a Senior Analyst at Southern Petroleum Laboratories. Kristaq worked there until 2001 before moving on to Enventure Global Technology Inc. Kristaq held various positions in Enventure, starting as a Project Manager, overseeing solid expandable tube installations in oil and gas wells. Kristaq then advanced to the role of Senior Operations Manager in the Western Hemisphere before becoming the Director of Operations for the same region. Currently, Kristaq holds the position of Vice President Operations at Enventure, where they lead and supports the operations team and assists cross-functional teams within the organization.

Kristaq Mitrushi obtained a Diploma in Geology from the Oil & Gas Professional High School in Kucove-Albania, from 1977 to 1981. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering, with a specialization in Drilling Engineering, at the University of Tirana from 1982 to 1987.
