Sharon Rosenthal

Sharon Rosenthal is currently the CHRO at Envestnet. Prior to that, they served as the VP of HR Business Partner at Aviva plc from January 2010 to July 2012. In this role, they were responsible for HR Business Partner for the North American Finance, Actuary and Risk businesses encompassing 500 full-time employees in three locations.

Before their time at Aviva, Sharon was the VP HR Business Partner, Shared Services at CNA Insurance from January 2007 to December 2010. At CNA, they were based in Chicago and worked with the company that is the 7th largest U.S. commercial insurer and the 13th largest U.S. property & casualty insurer, to more than one million businesses and professionals in the U.S. and internationally.

Sharon began their career in 2005 as the VP, HR Advisor Leadership and Talent Management at Merrill Lynch. In this role, they were responsible for the overall strategy and direct management of deposit and credit products for the Business Lending, Consumer Banking, Business Banking, Mortgages and Security Based Lending Groups, with a client base of 450 people in multiple locations 4 regions across the US and UK.

Sharon Rosenthal has a BA in Art Theirtory, Criticism and Conservation from UC San Diego. Sharon is certified by HRCI in SPHR and GPHR, by Aviva/Wharton Business School in Better Business Decisions and Risk Management Program, by Lominger/Korn Ferry in Leadership Architect 101, and by Designed Learning in Flawless Consulting.
