Katrina Petersone

Katrina Petersone has worked in various roles since 2014. Katrina started as an Insurance Sales Agent for Domestic & General in 2014, followed by Account Manager for American Express in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Customer Complaints Handler for Domestic & General. In 2020, Katrina began working as a Customer Support Specialist for eBay at TTEC, where they expertly handled customer queries and managed their accounts. In 2021, they began working as an Account Manager for Envestors.

Katrina Petersone began their education in 2017 when they attended the University of Sussex and obtained a BA in Performing Arts in 2020. Katrina then continued their education in 2021 when they enrolled at the University of Aberdeen to pursue a MSc in Data Science, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
