Shahrukh Shamim

Shahrukh Shamim has held various roles in a variety of industries since 2012. Shahrukh began their career as an Undergraduate Student at Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology. In 2014, they took on a Winter Intern role at Steel Authority of India Limited. In 2015, they became an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Calgary, where they synthesized hybrid gel electrolytes derived from Keggin-type heteropoly acid and Pyridinium based Ionic liquid. In 2016, they were a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Calgary and a Junior Manager at Bhushan Steel & Strips Ltd., where they co-supervised the Annealing and Hardening section of the Khopoli, India plant. Most recently, in 2019, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of EnviCore Inc.

Shahrukh Shamim completed their Matriculation from St. Xavier School- Patna, Bihar, India in 2009. Shahrukh then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Material Science and Metallurgy Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they obtained a Master's Degree in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering from the University of Calgary.
