Ryan Finney

Ryan Finney is a seasoned professional in the field of commissioning, currently serving as the Manager of New Construction Commissioning and New Construction Commissioning Practice Leader at Envinity Inc. since July 2021. Previous roles include Commissioning Specialist at TLC Engineering Solutions from June 2017 to July 2021 and Commissioning Authority/Project Manager at Facility Diagnostics, LLC from 2010 to 2017. Ryan Finney also has experience as an Energy Manager with the Tennessee Army National Guard in early 2010 and held mechanical design positions at Enfinity Engineering, Northstar Engineering, and Envision Advantage from 1999 to 2009. Ryan Finney holds an Associate of Science degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology from ITT Technical Institute, completed between 1998 and 1999.
