Frederik Heller

Frederik Heller is an experienced executive with a strong background in business management and engineering. Currently, Frederik serves as Geschäftsführer at Envipco Automaten GmbH since September 2022. Prior to this role, Frederik held several leadership positions at Demcon industrial systems, including Managing Director and Operations Manager, from February 2019 to September 2022. Earlier experience includes roles at DB Cargo AG as Leiter Güterwagen- und Triebfahrzeuginstandhaltung and Leiter Arbeitsgebiet Triebfahrzeuginstandhaltung between December 2014 and January 2019, and as Fachreferent Instandhaltung at DB Fernverkehr AG from November 2011 to November 2014. Frederik's education includes an MBA from Fachhochschule Nordakademie Elmshorn and an International Welding Engineer certification from GSI SLV Nord, complemented by entrepreneurial studies at IPADE Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
