Ashley Griffie

Ashley Griffie holds the PHR and CMS certifications and has extensive experience in benefits management and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Global Benefits & Wellness at Enviri since January 2023, Ashley previously worked at Harsco Corporation from April 2011 to April 2023, where roles included Benefits Manager and Senior Benefits Analyst. Earlier experience includes a position as a Human Resources Specialist at Ollie's Bargain Outlet from February 2007 to April 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from the Community College of Baltimore County.
