Hazal Kiziltug has a diverse work experience starting in 2006 as an International Marketing Assistant at ADG EXHIBITION INC., where they conducted market research, managed customer databases, and worked on copywriting projects. From 2007 to 2012, they worked as a Key Account Executive at Posco International Corporation, where they developed new sales strategies, built long-term relationships with customers, and increased market share. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at OYAK Mining Metallurgy Group, initially as a Key Account Executive and later as a Project Supervisor for innovation projects. Hazal managed customer accounts, implemented projects with McKinsey & Company, and created ideas for launching internal and external campaigns. In 2019, Hazal joined Think Dirty® as a Marketing and Business Development Co-op and later moved to Environics Analytics, where they held roles such as Insights Analyst, Senior Insights Analyst, Insights Leader on TIL (Tourism-Insurance-Loyalty), and currently as the Director of Insights.
Hazal Kiziltug completed a degree in Political Science and International Relations with a focus on Economics and Administrative Sciences at Boğaziçi University from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained a Post Graduate degree in Strategic Relationship Marketing from George Brown College from 2018 to 2019.
