Rebecca Kruger

Rebecca Kruger currently serves as the Manager of Operations Business Excellence at Environment Canterbury since November 2022. Prior to this role, Rebecca held various positions at New Zealand Blood Service from September 2011 to November 2022, including Business Improvement National Lead and Process Excellence Project Manager, as well as serving as a Registered Nurse. Rebecca’s nursing experience also includes a tenure at Canterbury District Health Board from May 2008 to May 2011 and at Ryman Healthcare from January 2007 to September 2008. In terms of educational background, Rebecca is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Canterbury, having previously earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Strategic Leadership and a Bachelor of Nursing.
