Anna McGinn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in climate policy and environmental studies. Currently serving as Policy Director at the Environmental and Energy Study Institute (EESI) since May 2019, Anna has previously held various roles including Policy Manager and Policy Associate. As a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow at the University of Maine, Anna's thesis focused on multi-level governance of climate change adaptation, leading international research teams and participating as a delegate in multiple United Nations climate conferences. Other roles include Graduate Fellow at the Scholars Strategy Network and an internship with USAID in Climate Risk Management. Anna holds a Master of Science in Climate Change and a Master of Arts in Policy from the University of Maine, as well as a Bachelor's in Environmental Studies from Dickinson College.
