Michelle Rhodes

Michelle Rhodes is an accomplished professional in the environmental consulting sector, currently serving as Technical Director at SLR Consulting since June 2022. Rhodes is also the Founder and Non-Executive Director of Decarbonology since January 2021 and has been the Founder and Director of Peak Environmental since November 1999. In addition to these roles, Rhodes has held various positions at 360 Environmental, including Technical Director and Managing Director. From August 2016 to August 2022, Rhodes was involved with the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety in Western Australia as a member and Deputy Chair of the Mine Rehabilitation Advisory Panel Committee. Rhodes has an extensive educational background, holding memberships and degrees from prestigious institutions, including a Master of Science in Environmental Science from the University of New England and a GAICD designation from the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Rhodes is also a member of the Environmental Consultants Association (WA) and has contributed to the organization as President from 2007 to 2008.
