Richard H. Stone

In addition to being the CEO and founder of EEFC, and developer of EEFC business model. Richard has also led BOO Projects and provided the financing to build WTE so that certain municipalities would not have to pay $200 MM to complete a WTE Project. He has traveled and worked in 37 different countries, and is classified as World Authority in Low Cost Housing by the State Department of the USA. Additionally, Stone developed a housing program called GlobalHome Township, for which the IFC-World Bank Group funded a feasibility study in El Salvador. Stone has an extensive background in marketing, exporting, professional photography, and web research.
