As the Chief People Officer, Aleedra provides coaching and organizational development support to company leadership and managers to ensure that EI management styles and norms are shaped by values and amplify culture. This includes leading a team that addresses internal and external stakeholder needs with insight and streamlines and improves policies and procedures. Further, Aleedra is responsible for ensuring we fulfill commitment to improving internal practices and outcomes related to Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
