Diana Fernholz

Diana uses her experience as an organizational development and learning specialist to support Environmental Incentives as a Team Lead on USAID’s Program Cycle Mechanism. Her strong program management background and skill in strategic communications and facilitation allow her to quickly gain client trust and provide quality technical assistance.

Diana began her career as a Fellow for a small family foundation in Karnataka, India, and over the past ten years, has since gained experience with non-profits in the DC area as well as in contracting positions with USAID, both in the Africa Bureau and the Bureau for Development, Democracy, and Innovation.

Diana is passionate about systems and process creation and is always eager to share her skills to make an impact.
