Eleonore brings her experience working in water supply, community engagement, public health, and international development to Environmental Incentives’ Water Practice. As an Associate, Eleonore draws on her background in water markets, economics, policy and data analysis to support water projects throughout Southern California.
Prior to joining EI, Eleonore worked for the Environmental Defense Fund’s Western Waters program, where she used a tool to identify areas suitable for managed recharge to enhance Arizona’s developed water supplies while benefiting endangered species. She completed her master’s degree at the Bren School of Environmental Science and Management as a Walton Family Foundation Sustainable Water Markets Fellow, where she focused on leveraging market solutions to sustainably manage water resources throughout the West.
Eleonore has extensive experience in community and stakeholder engagement, and is passionate about using public-private partnerships and pay for performance measures to ensure community environmental objectives are met.
