Perry brings more than 20 years of experience helping USAID evolve and implement its operational model for planning, delivering, assessing, and adapting U.S. foreign assistance programs. As a Senior Program Cycle Specialist, Perry builds individual and institutional capacity through applying instructional design practices to enhance learning effectiveness and sharpens organizational direction and performance by facilitating participatory sessions.
With a background as an executive with premier management and technology consulting firms working with public, private, and nonprofit clients, Perry advances organizational performance management capacity through strategic planning, program design, and monitoring, assessing, and learning practices. Prior to joining Environmental Incentives, Perry founded his own facilitation and management consulting practice providing organizational effectiveness advisory, consulting, and facilitation services to help clients improve results and tell a better “so what” story.
Perry believes that what differentiates successful mission-driven organizations is their ability to demonstrate theory of change driven relevance and results.
