Regina Fong

Regina is an Operations Associate with Environmental Incentives’ Company Health team. In this role, Regina helps manage various internal systems to support efficient operations across the company. She lends her expertise in administration and natural ability to connect with people to identify areas that can be strengthened to create a workplace where everyone can flourish.

Prior to joining EI, Regina worked at various nonprofit organizations for over ten years in Washington, DC, where she honed her skills in operations and event management. Originally from the Philippines, Regina’s love for the environment comes from her time traveling the country and various parts of Southeast Asia.

Regina strives to create a working environment where individuals can be their authentic selves and build genuine connections and relationships, not only among peers, but also with the communities they serve.
