Director, Latin America & Caribbean Portfolio at Environmental Incentives

Sarah leads Environmental Incentives’ Latin America and Caribbean Portfolio, providing leadership and oversight to United States Agency for International Development’s (USAID) programming in the region, ensuring there is cross company collaboration, learning, and adapting to achieve effective results and engaged staff.

Sarah is a recognized leader in process facilitation, adaptive management, and organizational learning, with more than 20 years of progressive management and leadership experience. Prior to joining EI, Sarah was the Chief of Party for the USAID LEARN contract which focused on organizational uptake of adaptive management and learning practices at USAID. Over the course of her career to date, she has worked with agencies across the development sector, including Management Sciences for Health (MSH), Development Alternatives, Inc. (DAI), the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and Peace Corps.
