Carol Brandt

Carol Brandt has extensive experience in project management and administration in the environmental science and engineering industry. Since January 2020, they have been working as a Senior Project Control Analyst at Environmental Science Associates, where they are responsible for contractual and financial activities for the Department of Water Resources portfolio of projects. Prior to this, from 2009 to December 2019, Carol worked as a Business Manager and Senior Project Administrator at HDR Engineering, Inc., focusing on the Bay Delta Conservation Project and later the California WaterFix. In this role, they served as the primary point of contact for the client, the California Department.
